Hearthside is available all year round for stays of 7 nights or more and short breaks during low season, our preferred change over days are Fridays or Mondays. But we can be flexible. The price is based on a maximum of 12 guests, with up to four cars and two dogs. 

Included within the rate are towels, bed linen and kitchen essentials (tea towels, cloths, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc), and we provide a small 'welcome pack' of freshly baked bread and homemade preserves. Firewood and kindling for the first night’s stay.

Use of Weber charcoal BBQ with sufficient charcoal briquettes for first use.

An additional camp bed or travel cot is available at no extra charge for an extra young guest.

We just live next door in 'Lighthouse' so if you have any queries during your stay just ask!

If you do not see the dates you require below please contact us and we can make a note of your request in case of a cancellation.

Terms

Our preferred changeover days are Friday or Monday, but we can be flexible. Please let us know if you have a different choice of arrival/departure day.

Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am. Please let us know if you expect to arrive late.

To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required with the refundable balance due 6 weeks before arrival. If you book with less than 6 weeks before your stay, the full amount must be paid. 

Although not compulsory we recommend you take out your own travel insurance.

'Hearthside' is a non-smoking property.

The owners, Libby and Donald Macgregor live just next door in 'Lighthouse' so are on hand for any queries during your stay.

Price per week:

£1300 Low season (2/01/2024 - 22/03/2024)

£1500 Mid Season (23/03/2024 - 27/05/2024 and 29/08/2024 - 1/11/2024)

£1700 per week High Season (27/05/2024 - 29/08/2024)

Short breaks of 3 or 4 night minimum stay from £780 - £1000 available low and mid season

Minimum stay 7 nights during High season.
